At New Earth Healing, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to reschedule or cancel your session. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session without any penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee unless due to emergency circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

48 Hours Notice: If you cancel your session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your session and provide no prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
